1. Who we are

RAiA is a brand and service operated by Topo Colectivo S.L., the company behind RAiA. The contracting party for your subscription is Topo Colectivo S.L. (NIF B10794873), Calle de Pericles 37, Local, 28011 Madrid, España. Contact: info@raia.global.

2. The service

RAiA generates editorial fashion photography using artificial intelligence. You upload your garments, choose a model and a location from our catalogue, and we produce a set of images. Each set of images is called a photo session.

Because these images are produced by artificial intelligence, they are a creative interpretation rather than a technical reproduction. They may contain visual errors or imperfections, and the garments, colours, textures, proportions or other details may not be perfectly faithful to reality or to the photographs you provide. This is an inherent characteristic of AI-generated imagery, not a defect, and does not by itself entitle you to a refund; the regenerations included in each photo session are there so you can try again. You are responsible for reviewing each image before using it commercially.

3. Plans and quota

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a number of photo sessions per billing cycle:

• Basic, 36 €/month, 2 photo sessions per cycle
• Medium, 72 €/month, 5 photo sessions per cycle
• Premium, 144 €/month, 12 photo sessions per cycle

All prices include VAT. Unused photo sessions do not carry over to the next cycle. Each plan gives access to a different number of models and locations, as shown on the pricing page.

4. If a photo session fails

A photo session is atomic: if it fails because of us or our providers, it does not count against your quota and you are not charged for it. If only some of the images are produced, we return the photo session to your quota and you still keep whatever images were generated.

5. Changing or cancelling your plan

Changing plan cancels your current subscription and starts a new one, charged in full. There is no proration: any photo sessions left on the old plan are lost. This is shown to you before you confirm.

You may cancel at any time from My Account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further payments are taken.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because RAiA delivers digital content immediately, by starting your first photo session you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is complete. Photoshoots you have not used are unaffected.

Topo Colectivo S.L. operates the RAiA service. Payments, invoicing and tax are handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your subscription. Refund requests can be made to us at info@raia.global or through Stripe.

7. Your content and the images we generate

You keep all rights over the images you upload, garment photographs and, on the Premium plan, your own background/scene images and your own model/face images. You must own or have the right to use everything you upload, and it must not contain identifiable people without their consent. In particular, if you upload a photograph of a person to use as your own model, you confirm that you hold that person's image and likeness rights and their consent to generate and use these images, and you are solely responsible for it. You receive full commercial rights over the images RAiA generates for you.

The models and locations in our catalogue are generated by artificial intelligence and licensed for commercial use. They do not depict real identifiable people.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use RAiA to produce illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or material that is sexual, violent or defamatory. You may not upload images you do not have the rights to, or that contain identifiable people without their consent. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep RAiA available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, nor our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. See also our Privacy Policy.
