1. Who is responsible for your data

RAiA is a service operated by Topo Colectivo S.L.(“we”), the company behind the RAiA brand. Topo Colectivo S.L. (NIF B10794873), Calle de Pericles 37, Local, 28011 Madrid, España, is the data controller. For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, write to info@raia.global.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: email address, first and last name, and an encrypted password. Created when you sign up.
• Content you upload: the product photographs (and, on the Premium plan, your own background images) you provide for each photo session, and the images generated from them.
• Subscription data: your plan, billing period and subscription status. We never see or store your card details, those are handled entirely by Stripe.
• Technical data: error reports when something breaks, so we can fix it. We have configured these reports to exclude cookies and request headers.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To provide the service (generating your photo sessions, storing your campaigns, managing your account), performance of our contract with you.
• To charge your subscription, performance of the contract and compliance with our tax and accounting obligations.
• To keep the service working and secure (error monitoring, abuse prevention), our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service.

We do not use your photographs to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Who processes data on our behalf

To run RAiA we work with a small number of specialist service providers that act only as data processors on our behalf, each under a data processing agreement and only for what the service needs: hosting, database and authentication; secure storage of your images; payment, billing and tax; AI image generation; and operational support such as processing queues, error monitoring and email.

Most of these providers are located in the European Union. A few are located in the United States and receive data under the transfer safeguards foreseen in Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account data and your images for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we erase your profile, your campaigns, your uploaded products and your generated images, and we cancel your subscription. Invoices and payment records are kept by us and our payment processor (Stripe) for the period required by tax law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to the processing of your data. You can delete your account yourself at any time from My Account, which erases your data immediately. For anything else, write to info@raia.global and we will reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
